Annual Meeting Poster Presentation Information



Set-Up & Take-Down Schedule:  

The four poster sessions will be held in Stevens Salon D on the following days:


Poster Session I: Saturday, November 10, 9:30-10:30 am

Setup/Removal: Access to the hall to set up after 7 am Saturday morning and remove by 11:00 am Saturday.


Poster Session II: Saturday, November 10, 1:15-2:15 pm

Setup/Removal: Access to the hall after 11:00 am Saturday and remove by 5:00 pm on Saturday.


Poster Session III: Monday, November 12, 10:45-11:45 am

Setup/Removal: Access to the hall to set up after 3 pm Sunday and remove by 12:00 pm on Monday.


Poster Session IV: Monday, November 12, 1:15-2:15 pm

Setup/Removal: Access to the hall by 12:00 pm Monday and remove by 3:00 pm on Monday.


Important Reminders

  • Presenters MUST register for the conference and pay the applicable registration fee. Registration details are available here
  • Due to strict CME guidelines, no marketing or sales of any kind are allowed during your poster presentation.  
  • The conference does not provide audio/visual equipment or electricity for poster presentations. 
  • NAPCRG will provide (1) poster board (4-ft x 8-ft) per poster presentation and push pins.

Shipping Information

If you chose to ship your poster to the hotel, please label your poster according. Be sure to address your package to your name as the guest and not NAPCRG. This will ensure that your package is properly routed to you upon arrival. Packages should be sent to arrive no sooner than three days before the meeting. You can also download a shipping label here.
