Why should you attend the NAPCRG Annual Meeting?

Welcome to the 46thAnnual Meeting of NAPCRG! What’s so special about this conference? I return to NAPCRG’s Annual Meeting every year because it’s a nurturing, supportive environment that inspires all of us to be our most creative and innovative selves. We see and hear the results of outstanding primary-care research from around the world. We discuss how to improve primary care and health with some of the most insightful people on the planet. We explore how to use our research to improve the health and well-being of the patients and communities we serve. We rejuvenate ourselves, get energized, and return home with a head full of new ideas for our research, patient care, and community health work.

This year, the NAPCRG meeting is chock full of fabulous fare: several exciting preconference sessions; more than 800 research sessions, consisting of plenary sessions, oral presentations, workshops, panels, forums, and posters; and more than 1,100 primary-care and health researchers from around the world. The NAPCRG conference is a welcoming environment for networking and, you’ll find, a great place to have fun.

The NAPCRG Annual Meeting is fantastic; however, NAPCRG is more than this yearly gathering. NAPCRG supports a number of exciting programs all yearlong, such as the Grant Generating Project (GGP), the Patient and Clinician Engagement (PaCE) program, and the Building Research Capacity (BRC) fellowship. Learn about these and other NAPCRG programs at Sunday’s “NAPCRG University.” Or, visit the NAPCRG web site.

Chicago is a perfect setting for this year’s Annual Meeting. The conference site has loads of room for networking, attending poster sessions, and hearing captivating speakers in various venues. We’ll have some time set aside for you to explore Chicago, as well.

So, come to the Windy City! Enjoy the best primary-care research meeting of the year. Share your successes and learn from others.

See you in Chicago!
