The Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel is a luxury hotel located in the heart of Montreal, it is connected to Central Station and to the underground city. In June 2017 the hotel will complete a $140 million dollar transformation. The renovations will include fully renovated sleeping rooms and an innovative business campus that will be among the most modern in the world. The campus will include a set of interconnected and accessible public meeting and multi-functional spaces where you can engage in creative, collaborative and innovative experiences.

Complimentary in-guest room internet access and use of the health club facilities is available to all conference participants staying at the hotel. Reservations should be made directly with the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth Hotel online or at 888-000-0000. Be sure to request the NAPCRG group rate when making your reservations. If conference attendance exceeds expectations, rooms in the conference block may sell out prior to this date. Therefore, make your reservations as soon as possible to ensure your preferred accommodations. Rooms will be on a space- and rate-available basis after October 16, 2017. Request a confirmation number when making your reservations. In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your reservations, ask for a “cancellation confirmation.”
All reservation requests will require a credit card guarantee, a one night’s deposit. Personal checks, money orders or a valid major credit card will be needed for the deposit. Deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival. Name changes to room reservations may be made up to one day prior to arrival at no charge.

747 Express Bus
Featuring nine stops in each direction, the 747 service operated by the city of Montréal is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and offers transportation between downtown Montréal and Montréal-Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau International Airport.
Tickets are purchased at the cost of $10 inside the terminal before boarding. When returning a $10 bus fare is paid aboard the bus (coins only, bills are not accepted).
