NAPCRG hosts a reception to welcome conference attendees. The Welcome Reception precedes the formal opening of the conference. This is the first networking opportunity for attendees and is a great opportunity to increase exposure. Your organization can champion this event and would be featured on signage, in promotional materials and in remarks throughout the event.

Member Anniversary Celebration - $1,500 (up to three available)
NAPCRG will host a social reception for all conference attendees to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The Member Anniversary Celebration takes place on the final evening of the conference. This is a relaxed atmosphere featuring music, dancing, desserts, and drinks. Your organization can champion this event and would be featured on signage, in promotional materials and in remarks throughout the event. This is available as an exclusive partnership for $4,000 or non-exclusively by up to three organizations.

Exhibit Table Display - $1,200
Display table (6' x 30") in high-traffic area at the conference with a skirted table and two chairs. This option includes one full conference registration with access to all events, educational sessions, and meals. Exhibit tables are available on a first-come, first serve basis and must be reserved by October 1 to ensure availability.
Audio-visual equipment, electricity or point-of-sale services are NOT provided. Wireless Internet access is available in the conference space.
Official Conference Wi-Fi Provider - $1,500
Partner logo featured on rotating slides and signage throughout the conference as the official supporter of conference Wi-Fi services. This option does NOT include conference registration with access to all events, educational sessions, and meals.

Career Corner
Organizations wanting to promote job opportunities to our members can take advantage of the Career Corner located within the poster hall inside the Valley of the Sun Ballroom.
Career Corner consists of a dedicated poster board that includes 8.5” x 11” flyers advertising information about available career opportunities with universities, colleges, research organizations, corporations, and government agencies. Registered attendees who want to be available to answer questions or discuss opportunities at their organizations are welcome to gather at a small group of highboy tables for informal conversations.
Because each organization is limited to one 8.5 X 11” sized flyer with at least half-inch (.5”) margins, we highly recommend the use of a QR code to allow attendees to access full details about your opportunity. Organizations are responsible for providing a completed flyer in these dimensions. See our examples.
